Our Story

Our team formed PADD RPM after decades of experience witnessing repair work and maintenance done incorrectly. These avoidable mistakes cost owners time and money. We knew we could do a better job and that owners deserved a better job. Our field experience and consulting experience set us apart from typical repair and maintenance contractors. PADD RPM provides a high level of professionalism and knowledge in repairs, building protection, and maintenance that can’t be found anywhere else.

Our Experience

The executive team at PADD Construction brings together over 130 years of combined construction experience. We pride ourselves on our team’s vast construction knowledge, professionalism, and ability to handle all of our client’s needs.

Our experience comes from several aspects of the construction industry. Prior to forming The PADD Group our team spent decades as consultants and problem solvers for construction projects. Many of those projects were large apartment complexes, townhomes, and condominiums. Our team identified the problem, created a repair, and managed the repair. We have assisted property managers, HOAs, Contractors, Subcontractors, and Owners with planning and implementing repair work and maintenance. As a result of years spent investigating and solving the problems associated with multi-family construction our team has learned to identify those problems, create a scope for repair, and manage the repair work.

Our experience includes extensive temporary protection for buildings before and during the construction phase. We have developed a proprietary system to cover metal store fronts of buildings with minimal damage to the facade.
