Our experience as construction consultants includes owner’s representation, failure & forensic investigation, construction claims preparation, project controls & scheduling, construction & property inspections, water intrusion & building envelope analysis, and repair management. This gives us valuable experience to assess potential investment property with different eyes than many.  We utilize our experience to look for indications and warnings not necessarily obvious to most inspectors.

During our time as consultants we have represented Developers, Property Owners, Government Entities, General Contractors, bonding companies, financial institutions, insurers, equity firms, REITs, and Subcontractors.
